Community Guidelines
Platform Integrity TL;DR
- • Use real identities (verified via profile).
- • No hate speech or discrimination.
- • Evidence is required for all claims.
- • Harassment leads to immediate permanent bans.
Raise Your Voice Nepal is built on civic trust. To maintain the integrity of petitions delivered to authorities, we enforce these non-negotiable standards.
Real Identities Only
To ensure the validity of campaigns when presented to lawmakers, all users must register with their real names. Botting, fake accounts, or impersonating public figures is strictly prohibited.
Zero Hate Speech
We do not tolerate petitions or comments that promote violence, discrimination, or hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, or sexual orientation.
Evidence-Based
Petitions must be rooted in fact. Campaigns spreading deliberate misinformation, deepfakes, or misleading media will be flagged. Valid media evidence is mandatory.
Respectful Opposition
Dissent is healthy for democracy, but it must be constructive. Harassment or doxxing of campaign creators will be reported to the Nepal Cyber Bureau.
Moderation Enforcement
"We believe in the radical freedom of expression, but not the freedom of harassment."
Our moderation team utilizes a combination of AI-driven sentiment analysis and human review. If a campaign is flagged, we investigate the underlying evidence and the creator's history before taking action.
Violation Penalties
- Minor InfractionWarning & Edit Request
- MisinformationCampaign Removal & Verification Flag
- Hate SpeechPermanent IP & ID Ban
